Called them so they could find the code for my remote, set it up and they told me they could do it - no mention about how much that was going to cost. The tech came and did it in less than 5 minutes. Next thing I get is a bill for an excesive amount of money, so I called them to tell them that is possibly a mistake, because it was a really simple issue. The lady on the phone was awfully rude to me. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I guess it is too difficult for these people to communicate better, tell estimates ahead of time and be nice with the customer.
