I hired Shoreline Concrete back in 2008 to waterproof the side of my home. They did the work but when restoring my concrete staircase, they poured during a torrential rain. Concrete splattered all over my siding and the concrete hardened horribly. It looked like 5 yr olds had done the job. They said they would fix it but in their attempts, they messed up even further by cleaning it with acid which whitened the concrete. While I was at work, they took the initiative, without even asking me and poured a polymer coating over the staircase. In the first 6 months it cracked and the whole side of my house now looks horrible. The polymer coating is breaking down and they essentially ruined the looks of my home. They never offered to make this right and instead tried to settle with $1200. which would never have covered the damage to break it up, haul away and have a new concrete stairwell built. Please do not use Shoreline Concrete for anything. They are not reputable and they have no integrity. They are shady!
