Customer service is horrible. Loyal for years but will go elsewhere. Publish high rates and nothing for basic wash and vacuum. Person writing tickets is rude, if you don't get upgrade he asks in all seriousness, ""So you don't want it clean"" as a statement! One customer went so far as to ask cashier if she was ""employee of the month"" as she was not friendly. Go elsewhere as I know in this economy there is competition for a good wash and hand wax.
