her: Do you need help diagnosing problems or parts?
Can you imagine? her first response was to offer to help me diagnose problems !
Maybe Ford, GM, Dodge should take lessons from Skidim!
I haven't had the need to use Skidim very often, mostly if I can't find the parts locally....
But, with Karen's representation of her company, I'll come back for specific needs.
She even told me when product was going out and when to expect deliver
