This is the first review I've ever done for anything, and Im only reviewing this place because I am very unhappy with their service. Called them 4 times. Emailed Kelly 3 times, and she said she'd get back to me the next day, a week later, never did, and then since then I've heard nothing from her. If you're gonna tell a customer you'll get back to them the next day, then you should do that. If it takes longer then be honest about it. Was completely ignored. Never called back. Took my business elsewhere and they lost big time. Purchased tickets for 5 people at a fantastic rate, and alot lower than what she quoted me for.
