After having damage done to the exterior custom paint of my nearly new Tahoe I was very leery. You see, the damage was due to someone (another detailing company)rubbing mud into the paint causing scratches on 80 of the vehicle and then claimed they didn't do it. So when I went into Inspectors Auto for exterior detailing to correct damage that another party had done you can understand I was very apprehensive at that point. I was assured it could be fixed and they would be able to do it. I set the appointment. Inspectors Auto picked up my Tahoe at my home (where I work) and worked on it all day. They delivered it at the end of the day. When they dropped it off, I went out to look at it. This is when one of the employee's told me he had to show me something. Uh-o....He pointed out to me two areas that he said he was a bit over zealous on the buffer and accidentally took some of the finish off and sincerely apologized. He also said he takes full responsibility and that Inspectors Auto would take care of fixing this as well. He told me to expect a call from the owner who would schedule a time for the expert he has to match the paint and fix as good as new. All of this of course was at no charge. I received the call as promised, my Tahoe was taken care of and also as promised as good as new. The paint matching, application, buffing, clear coat etc....process took a bit longer than expected and again Inspectors Auto took care of me by renting me a vehicle so that I would not be inconvenienced and have a vehicle should I need one.
Awesome! This is the best customer service I have ever received in Flagstaff and something other companies should model. They were honest and forthright, they took responsibility, they did every possible thing to make it right in every way.
Everyone makes mistakes, the biggest and most important thing is that it is admitted and corrected.
Inspectors Auto went above and beyond. I will use them again and will not hesitate to refer them to others.
