We walked in and they were fairly busy. Told me that my party of eight would have to wait 1 to 1 1/2 hours. We decided to wait it out because we're from the area and the food is good. No smiles yet, not even from the little nazi manager. I went back in 30 minutes later because alot of people were coming out and we seemed to be the only party not seated yet. I approached the greeter again and he said with a half empty restaurant behind him that it would still be 1 to 1/2 hours and reminded me what time we came in originally, like we know what time you showed up and you ain't getting in here a minute before. There were 3 tables outside and we even said we would be willing to eat outside in the hot and muggy night and the greeter once again said we would still have to wait 1 to 1/2 hours. No smiles yet. There is no one entering the restaurant at this point and we've waited about 40 minutes. I see a waiter through a window (we're sitting on the porch) putting 2 tables together in a large dining room with another table set up for about 20 people with no one present and a group of 10 at another table. The waiter comes out and calls us to our table. Still no smiles. It was like a party of 8 was black death. Our waitress came to the table to take our drink order. No smiles yet. Drinks returned promptly. Offered apps. No smiles yet. Took dinner order, no smiles yet. Returned with a basket of bread and biscuts and said we're out of bread plates, no smiles yet. Received food, no smiles yet. Started eating and the party of 20 next to us arrives. One of the men at the table, who seems pretty liquored up stands on a chair to take a picture of his group and starts grinding like he's a stripper. I told him ""no thanks"" and he got down. Our waitress never asked if we needed anything else but didn't forget to add a 15% gratuity on 2 separate checks, no smiles yet. She didn't leave a pen for us to sign either, just kinda threw the visa receipts on the table, no smiles yet. We signed and left. Like I said we're from the area, the people we were with weren't and I can promise you that they will never go back and I won't recommend this establishment to anyone, ever! Rude, Rude, Rude. We felt like we were an inconvenience to them.
