I ordered 40 bags of crushed stone. I paid a delivery guy to pick up the order. The wrong stone was delivered and now Glenwood are saying that I have to return it if I want to exchange it. ie, I have to pay for the return and the delivery of the correct stone. I understand from the delivery guy that this has happened to others.
