The technician who set up our internet took 3 hours to figure it out. Then, after 1 day, our internet completely stopped working. We set up a time to get it fixed and the technician did not show up and did not give us a call. When we called, no one could tell us when he was going to get here or give us an explanation as to why he was not here. then the technician hung up on us. so rude and horrible.
