Terrible, terrible service 8/10/2011

I had a problem with my air handler and asked Hay's to come over for an estimate. They came over and said he thought putting in a flap on the air handler would a/c the crawl space and cut down on condensation. Couple days later the tech came over and did some work while my wife was at home. When I inspected the work it didn't look like they had done anything. I called and asked about the work and she said the tech would call me. No call. I called back and same response. I've called 7 or 8 times, with no luck. Finally called and irately told them to send me a refund. That was about 3 weeks ago. No refund. If I have the time I might complain to the Better Business Bureau. more
