We moved out of a home managed by Desert Wide Properties in Feb 2011. We left the property in better condition than when we moved in as verified by DWP's own Move-in and Move-out check lists. The owner of the home immediately listed the property for sale, in the condition we left it, posting photos, as we left it and describing it as ""extra clean"". When DWP withheld more than $800 of our security deposit, we called and wrote them numerous times. We finally took them to small claims court and they didn't show up. July 13, we received a small claims judgement against DWP for $2038 and they still haven't paid. Now we have hired an attorney to assist in collection.
