I was from STL. Ross was a fun guy and I hate to say anything bad about him personally but the fact that he now won't reply to emails or call my husband back makes me judge his motives and his business ethics. \r
I just can't understand how it can take so long when we, the customer, had to pic out which pictures we wanted in the albums and on which freakin page. Maybe they need to stop expanding to more cities if their headquarters can't handle the work load. Better yet, maybe they should have more 'customer service' hours than 11-3 Mon-Thurs. \r
Can ANYONE help me and tell me how to get my albums???? The albums we PAID for. Customer Service doesn't stop till everything the consumer has paid for has been met. And I can tell you right now, this customer is SUPER MAD!
