I had called up a company prior to them, the quote unquote authorized factory dealer for the type of refrigerated air unit that I had. They said there would be a guy out shortly, but he didn't come out, then I called them and they said they would get a guy to call back, but he never called back. Fortunately, my wife spoke with a lady at church who had recently had her roof done and had her units serviced, and she recommended Western Mechanical.
I called them up and spoke with a young lady named Page who was very professional. Within two hours, Mike came out and looked at what was going on. He serviced the units, then came back the following day to replace the thermostats, which I requested, not him, and he made it much more simple than I thought it would be. He did a good installation job, then he brought another of his workers with him to evaluate the current duct system.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience. It was one of the few times in New Mexico that I have had an experience this good. I am more than happy to tell people about how good they were.
