After repeated visits where employees in the art department either told me that what I asked for was the wrong thing or damaged my items to the point of them being unusable, I went in to return them and ask for money back, but they refused and told me that it was my fault. After this horrible customer service experience, I implore you to go elsewhere for textbooks, art supplies, books, or anything else school supply related so you don't have to bother with this establishment's awful customer service.
