This is by far the Worst Company I have ever EVER had the displeasure to deal with, the 4000 Characters allowed is not enough to describe the MANY problems I have had with this disorganization. From 6 months to install equipment that I paid over $1000 for to Watching the pool maint guy walk once around my pool, do a test and leave, yet check every box on their work order<""scrubbed, vacum, Etc NOT>"" Just the Absolute worst in Customer service I have EVER experienced. I was always against taking the time to do something like this, NEVER have and may never again write a review, that should tell you how much of a Circus this place really is. If you like spending your hard earned money on services and equipment, then YOU have to chase them down to get the work done or installed, THEN THIS IS YOUR PLACE! If not, find another pool company!!!! Save yourself the headache! PLEASE!!!
