They are dishonest and don't admit the mistakes of their staff! Receptionist doesn't relay entire conversation so your side of the story is just that - a story. Manager, Dottie, is unprofessional. Even when you spend over $600 on a cat's visit (a cat had a colon problem), they will not admit giving the wrong prescription and will not refund the money back ($34). They don't care loosing a customer over $34 that their receptionist/technician wrongfully prescribed.
