Broke my filter, lied and bullied me.
I asked them to clean my filter, it has not worked since. When I ask someone to work in my back yard I always tell them I am not home and leave the gate unlocked and watch from the window, they lied about how much they did assuming I was gone. They treated for algae that never went away and I had to go to Lesie and fix it myself. The next time they came out to treat I had algae growing 2 days later, I called to cancel they told me they couldn't get in, when I told them I had a bill in my yard they said ""oh, well then you didn't brush"" which I did! I told them I didn't think I should have to pay for a service I didn't get and they told me they would just send me to collections and hung up. I have a broken filter, a bill for a service I didn't get and another trip to Leslie to fix it myself. NEVER EVER EVER. They ever had the guts to say ""you went to Leslie? Prove it!"" Is this high school? I will fax them to show I spent more at Leslie to fix it myself than they are charging me because they did NOTHING. Here I though hiring someone would make the summer easier.
