I am a busy mom that is a partner in 4 local businesses that are built off customer service. After we were treated so awful I needed to warn other families. We had just returned from an amazing Mediterranean cruise for my son's high school graduation and were preparing to take him to college. Great kid- got accepted into CalPoly in San Luis Obisbo for Architectural Engineering. 3 weeks before we are scheduled to fly out. I am at my daughter's soccer game and I suddenly cannot breath! After a week in the hospital from a DVT and PE(blood clots in my leg and
lungs) I am told I can not fly or drive in a car to Cal. We met Bob at Rent RV and he showed us a RV gave us a price and a ""no problem"" After being released by my physician to travel by RV the next day, my husband called to pay for the RV in full. Bob informed him that the one he had showed us was really not available but we could take on with ripped and torn seats - no discount. When I called to inquire he was very rude and unprofessional. I am pretty sure he had another rental option for the RV and was just kicking us to the curb so he had an available unit.Luckily the great people at RV NORTHWEST took care of us and with a brand new, cheaper RV!! Basically DO NOT trust Rent RV for your family & life memories!
