Waited 7 weeks for a ""critical"" part and despite numerous emails and phone calls on my part, never received a response. When finally was able to confirm part was in, dealer unable to schedule a service appointment for another week and could care less about their poor service/handling of the situation. Love my BMW but hate the service. more
