We had an appt. today to sell our scrap gold. When we got there he had to leave to get an employee. Had us wait until he got back.Once he return he helped people that came after us. I thought his custmer service was very rude. Didn't respect the fact that we had made the appt. a week in advance. Dont understand why we were being ignored. This was our first visit and our last to his gallery.
