To anyone who needs and depends on caregivers to be there for their loved ones PLEASE DO NOT use this company. At first sight, the representative from the company presented herself and organization well. I indicated the importance of finding the ""right"" caregiver for my grandparents and urged taking time to find a good match rather than someone to just fill the time needed. It took a week to establish, and the caregiver was scheduled to start Thursday morning; no call no show. After speaking with the company they stated there was a ""communication problem"" and that she would start Friday morning. Friday morning comes; no call no show. She did show up around 11:15...too bad her shift started at 9:30...
