Worse than their substandard monitoring equipment is the rude and aggressive behavior exhibited by managers and staff that answer their phones. The first red flag came for me when I called to give them my security permit number and was treated very rudely by the guy on the other line, almost like he was doing me a favor for taking the information. When I asked to speak to the manager I was treated even more rudely. I'm guessing it is part of the culture of this company to treat customers like an imposition. I also had an issue with their equipment failing. They were very quick to try and absolve themselves of any wrong doing...very rudely and aggressively once more. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, to try and give them one more chance to make it right, but I'm not holding my breath.
