I first tried Alex's about 11 years ago. I must admit, it was hard for me to adjust, as i was used to Dallas' extensive restaurant selections. Aside from people in Jefferson City wearing tank tops and flip flops out to dinner, I was impressed and have been ever since. Recently, the food has taken on a substantial improvement. From a guy who eats out at least three times a week, it means a lot for me to say that this is the top restaurant in Jefferson City! Try the Prime Rib!
