Took over four hours to purchase a car that we had picked out online. Horribly understaffed, not told of delays until after hours of waiting, shocked when we expressed our dissatisfaction. Got a car with a 60-day warranty which inexplicably did not cover the battery, which died within a week of bringing the car home. Rude, rude customer service and long delays in getting the answer. I have to imagine another dealership could have as good a prices without having such terrible service. more
