I've been going to this gym for over two years and it gets worse each year.
Machines are always broken and many of their members are rude and obnoxious. The staff provides horrible service.
I always ask for the fans to be turned off during mid afternoon (when no one is there) because I get a bad chill. I need to ask them 3 times before they get turned off.
If I ever wanted a TV channel to be changed it would take them 1hour to do so.
I recently had a problem with one of their members who threatened me if I ever took her "UNATTENDED" cardio machine again that we're going to have problems. I brought it up to the owner, Jeff, and all he did was laugh and said I'll have a talk with her.
World Gym Paramus needs to clean up their act or else they'll start going down MORE than they are already.
