I really appreciated the time Marc spent with me explaining all my options, and giving me choices between cost vs. strategy. He was always accessible and didn't mind holding off on doing some things so that I could save money while negotiating a settlement. All in all, he helped me get out of a bad situation with much less money than I had anticipated.
