My saga started back in early July and I'm still trying to find them. I called because they were one of the few companies that could work on my Church's stove. What a mistake. Michael Henderson showed up early for the first visit. Very sincere. Wouldn't charge as much because it was for a church but his boss required that he be paid for the service call and the part up front. I should have questioned my judgement right then and there. But he seemed to be sincere so I fell for it. When I called to find out why he hadn't arrived for the appointment to install the part I was told that Michael had been in a car accident and was in the hospital and that they would reimburse me for what had already been paid because he was the only person that could work on that type stove. I never received the check. No surprise there. My multiple follow-up messages have not been returned and I too went to the address listed and found nothing. I've always been a believer that most people are honest and good and have never been taken like this. It's sad that Michael Henderson chooses to take advantage of people's trust. It's people like him that are the reason why this country is in going downhill.
