After my experiences with this place, I would not purchase propane from them even as a last resort. First off, Julie took over her father's (Ted) business and does not know how to properly run the company and as a result hires a undertrained office staff and dispatch lacking customer service skills. Their maintenence crew and drivers either look like thugs and / or could bearly speak proper English.
