I was told by another big HVAC company that I needed to get my furnace replaced as the heat exchanger had multiple cracks. I called Energy Services for a second opinion. They came out, inspected the furnace carefully and told me that there was nothing wrong with the heat exchanger and the furnace was fine. This saved me signficant expense and I am deeply appreciative of the professionalism and honesty of the technician. They did this free of charge as well. Guess who I am going to call if I need furnace work done.
