Be careful when you go to Columbia Dental for their so called free evaluation and X rays!! I was charged 95.00. They told me I had an extra xray which cost more, but no one informed me of this at that time, until I got to the accounting Dept!! Because of their deceptive practices, I have lost confidence in them and have canceled my prepaid 3,000.00 estimate of impending dental work. I will take my business elsewhere where free xrays and e valuations really free!!!
