I tried I & G Cleaning Service and while the cleaning was adequate (not fantastic or exceptional), the man who dropped off the cleaning ladies to clean was very difficult to work with and rude. He insisted that they start at 7:30 am (to accomodate his schedule, and not when my family was out of the house); when I tipped him after the first cleaning, he did not even say thank you; and when I was unable to keep an appointment or call (because I didn't have a card) he yelled at me and fussed at me for not calling ahead. I apologized for not calling, however he continued to yell. I began to wonder whether I was the customer or an employee.
