Im sorry to hear about your nasty experience. April should have appologized since you are after all the customer. It sounds like they don't want any business to me, or they would have respected the appointment that was made the first time, and April putting you down when it's clearly her that is the fool. I hope you told all your friend's so that next time she'll think twice about what come's out of her mouth and respect the fact that you are the customer.
