Last evening when arrived home after work founf house at 94 and outside unit not running..I called around 430pm, and the lady advised that since I was a Gold Club member, someone would be there last evening. Within 30 mins Gilmer Pena arrived, found that capacitor was bad and compressor locked up. Within an hour my unit was functioning properly and cooling began. Gilmer was very professional courteous and pleasant to deal with. This company prides itself in excellent customer service which is why I will recommend them to anyone and never change for my needs. Thanks to all the All Seasons personnel, especially during this busy time..much appreciated.
