I reserved this unit on line, when we got there to do the paperwork the first time there was a note on the door in the form of a little paper clock that said they would be back at 2.00. Nice that I had to drive all the way over there to find out that they would wander back in at two. Then When I finally do get there to fill out the paper work NOTHING is as it was advertised on the website...not the price , the hours of access the climate control ...I have a full truck , its 930 , we are tired , they said they would allow us onsite untill 10.00. we are in front of the gate at 930. LOCKED and no one insight. I hate this place I am going somewhere else!!!!
