I called in and asked them if they could make a specific bouquet for my wedding. It was on fairly short notice so I didn't expect to get exactly what I wanted, but the man on the phone guaranteed me that they could get it. The next day they called me back and said that they couldn't get one of the flowers so I told them it was ok to substitute. I asked for no greenery or fillers. I sent my fiancee to pick up my arrangement the day of the wedding and was greatly disappointed with it. It looked more like a casket spray than a wedding bouquet, I didn't have time to take it back to be fixed so I had to fix it in the car on the way to my wedding. It had pink roses in it but besides that it was nothing like what I had originally ordered.
