Their customer service is good when you are paying full price for their packages but if they have an opportunity to rip you off they will take advantage of you before you can blink! And if you have any problems whatsoever, management (Jamelia) is NOT customer service oriented.
After my package treatments where finished my contract includes $50 maintenance sessions for each 30 min. The manager, in order to squeeze as much money out of me as possible, limited me to two areas for these treatments (even though 2 areas only takes 15 minutes). I have had two of these done and each treatment lasted only 15 minutes even though I paid for 30 minutes! When I asked for the full 30 minutes (which would include two more areas) the manager made up reasons for why they couldn't fulfill their side of the contract even saying among other things that I need to factor in the time it takes for them to do the paperwork after I leave (which is not true). The manager then said the next time I come in she would be sure I spent 30 minutes in the room, implying that she would count the time she makes me wait around in the room as part of my treatment time.
I could go on and on since I'm not even scratching the surface of the amount of problems I have had, but the bottom line is that me and 2 of my friends I referred are currently working with the regional manager to work through this mess. I just wish the managers in this clinic were more customer service oriented. At this point in time I wouldn't recommend others to use their services.
BTW, I paid $825 total for 6 treatments of lip, chin, under arm, and Brazilian bikini with 1 free maintenance session and $50 for each maintenance session thereafter. Don't do the 2 year package if you can help it since they keep adding weeks between your treatments the further along you get (which they don't tell you). I thought I'd provide this info to help others negotiate since they have tried to suck my dry of money.
