Hired Thomas Dong to install a phone system. This guy is the most unprofessional person that I have dealt with. He has a bad attitude and will lie to you. He will start calling names and start a shouting match.
In one instance, he installed the system incorrectly and caused dropped calls and bad audio. When confronted, he pointed the finger at our voice provider. After two weeks, he realized that he improperly set up the system.
He's all talk with no substance. Regardless of what he says, run the other way. Save yourself a bunch headaches. Stay far away from this guy.
