I've just had a pleasant experience replacing my windshield. My fence broke, fell on my car and broke my windshield. I was at a loss, so I called my insurance company and got a referral. The glass shop sent out a tech replacement person within an hour and began working on the window. Once compete he cleaned the car inside and out and replaced my windshield wipers. I signed the paper work and that was it. Great Job!
