When I enrolled for the group cycling at Riviera Fitness, I not only found and made new circle of friends but I discovered the best kind of exercise that seems to work for me. with a group I felt an added enthusiasm to achieve my goal. I get inspired with how determine everyone is in our group and as a result, I recommit myself to do more and reach my ideal weight.
