After buying 4 items and spending over $8,000 over 12 months, at Fecera's, I'm done. Somehow, despite all of the kind words and ""yes sir's"" during the sales process, these guys can't get an order right when the process it. Items not available for pick-up when they say they will be, items not on the truck (or order) when they're delivered, and worst of all, a complete lack of interest in making it better. They'll fix it when they feel like it - on their terms. Had a much better experience with Raymour & Flanagan. I've bought my last items from Fecera's. Caveat emptor - buy there at your own risk.
