This is the only shop in Meridian where parents can purchase school uniforms for Lamar and St. Patricks schools. Two weeks before school started I purchased around six hundred dollars in uniforms. Three of my items had to be ordered. The store clerk told me that this would not be a problem. Furthermore, she explained that the items would be in for pick-up in about a week. After the second week passed I called the store and a lady told me that the items would be in any day and that they would call me. I checked several times and after three weeks I revisted the store. An older lady acted as though she had no idea what I was talking about and then questioned me about whether I had even paid for the items. Apparantly, nothing had ever been ordered although I had paid in full. This shop appears to be having record keeping issuesalong with a disorganized staff. I would prefer not to shop here ever again but since it is the only store in Meridian that is authorized to carry our school uniforms then I have little recourse in the matter. Nonetheless, it was a very BAD EXPERIENCE!! I assume that the ladies who run this shop feel as though they can treat customers any way they please since they hold the monopoly on these particular school uniforms!!!
