why are there all new drivers what happened to the ones who know the routes someone upstairs is dropping the ball get it together administration .drivers are (the new ones) making mistakes and making me late for my doc appointments.i am a sick man i have many surgeries for problems that r painful, why am i told the bus is on its way and i still wait forever.i have to clean my bag cause i wait so long.
