I'm shocked people actually believe that this business means well in anyway. The service is completely awful. The technicians are incredibly sketchy. They are not professional, they do not care about the mess or the additional problems they will create once they are in your house. YES THEY WILL MAKE YOU SIGN ADDITIONAL PAPERS SO THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR MISTAKES. Wtf is that?!
They are ripping you off. You don't believe the negative reviews here? Do a quick search on the Better Business Bureau of NJ. 16 COMPLAINS in the first 1/2 of 2011 and NONE resolved. Check Angieslist if you don't believe the BBB of NJ. ALL NEGATIVE, and for a reason.
They are out to screw you, no doubt about it. Move on and be stress free.
