I wish I could give this dentist and his terrible staff a 0 star! This dentist is terrible and his office manager must be on menopause; she is extremely rude, embarrassing and unprofessional.
Not only did I run into numerous unnecessary burden like dealing with hundreds of dollars in extra charges and fees due to negligence of the manager, I also had to put up with her incessant yelling every time I questioned about the extra charges on my account. She and the dentist made numerous excuses to avoid phone calls, letters and in person messages regarding the double charge on my account regarding my invisalign. I actually made an appointment to see the dentist and solve the fraudulent charges and , when I got there, I was told the dentist had to leave the office due to a ""sudden computer crash"" so he couldn't see me today. I knew this guy would make some kind of excuse not to see me, but a computer crash is childish and ridiculous; this dentist is a coward.
If you want an unprofessional and money hungry dentist to care for your teeth and a rude and menopausal woman to manage your billing, please go here. I sure hope the sarcasm is noted.
Overall, avoid at all cost. Becoming a patient at this practice was a big mistake. Do not get invisalign, care credit or any services here. Don't fall for the fake reviews on their website or the pretense at professionalism by the staff and dentist to reel in customers.
