I bought a 2005 CPO BMW X5 in 2009 which ended up having quite a few issues to say the least. I realize it was used, but there are certain expectations when purchasing a $30,000 vehicle. Within the 30 day "we'll fix it program" my brakes were squealing. I take it back and they swear everything was fine. One month later my brakes were grinding (brake pads are supposed to be changed with the CPO warranty), so it goes back!!!! FINALLY, they realize it, but expect us to pay! After a half hour argument with the sales manager they finally acknowledge they are at fault. Months go by until the interior passenger side door goes out. It can not be opened from the outside. After 3 months of wondering how the door was not part of the CPO warranty it too finally got fixed. Many more issues arise, but what really gets me is the dishonesty within the dealership. I tried to trade my BMW into BMW of Dallas when they informed me of an "unclean" carfax report! Motitz of BMW sold me a vehicle that had previous damage done to it in Jan of 2008. I am stuck with a major lemon due to the dishonesty of this dealership! DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!!!!
