My first impression was not good. The guy who answers the phone and makes the appointments (JERRY) is incredibly rude. I thought at first he was having a bad day but the other times I talked to him he was rude as well. He hardly lets you speak and when you finally can get a word in he either interrupts or just puts you on hold. How is this guy even still working there? I have NEVER spoken to someone with an attitude like his.
The lady at the front desk wouldn't stop scratching herself and shaking. Weird! Why would you scratch your vagina in front of someone MULTIPLE TIMES?? (especially in a doctors office). Disgusting! This place freaked me out but unfortunately I have to keep going there because it's all my insurance will accept. Once I got to the back the doctors and nurses were nice. The front was just a nightmare though.
