We bought our appliance from R.C. Willey. We paid $100 for an extended warranty. Good thing because now we need a repair, right? HA HA, the joke is on us.
Appliance Service by Paul has the WORST customer service. They lied about keeping the appointment (didn't show up), even after we called at 5:00 and they assured us Darrell would show up. In fact, they said Darrell would call to give us an ETA. HA HA, we're just sucker customers who deserve shabby treatment.
If you expect better service than this then complain to R.C. Willey management -- they shouldn't continue to use such a dishonest service repair company.
