You will get results, no matter what Fitness Level you are at. They will give you the tools to raise the bar for yourself and you WILL GET THERE. I've been a Gym buff for probably 10 years (as in going 4-7 times a week) and could never do a pull up. I joined BNI in April and I can do pullups now, in fact, yesterday, I did 100. If that's not progress, I don't know what is! So, quit going through the motions and being bored with your Gym routine! You can do this and we're here waiting to cheer you on!
