These guys shipped stuff from Asia. I have to say: awful, awful service.
Half the time they do not answer the phone. There was an issue with my shipment from overseas. Not really a huge issue really, one that could have been easily resolved with a phone call or email on their end. Instead, they told the customer (me) to fix the problem - this after we were paying them a hefty sum. After several emails, and phone calls all over the world, the issue was still not resolved, and they proceeded to simply ignore the problem. After all, if we didn't pay, well, then they simply didn't get us our goods.
Basically we were being double charged for several fees; by company in Asia and these guys. Long story short, neither party seemed to want to fix the problem. Which means either one of two things:
1) Wonder Shipping doesn't care
or worse
2) Wonder Shipping is trying to pad their wallet at the customer's expense
Bottom line, avoid these guys if you can. This was just my first impression and first experience. Hopefully it will be my last.
