Cheryl Kelley, who is commmonly used as a Guardian ad Litem is the most pathetic excuse for a Guardian ad Litem. A Guardian ad Litem is supposed to be unbiased to both parties. I my case, she only had one thing on her agenda and that was to report and make up things only support the child's wishes as to custody. She made up lies and ended my relationship with my child and has destroyed my child's future. I am not the only one that she has done this to. I had a friend who called me to say that her drug addicted and alcoholic husband was able to obtain custody of their son even though she was clearly the best parent due to Mrs. Kelley's recommendaton. My friend said that within one year her child had quit school and was at that time at the age of 18 years old in jail for the third time. DO NOT ALLOW THE COURT TO APPOINT CHERYL KELLEY AS YOUR GUARDIAN AD LITEM!!!!!! SHE WILL SCREW YOU OVER AND THEN CHARGE YOU A FORTUNE AND EXPECT YOU TO PAY HER!
